Well-trained teachers are integral to education quality. Recognizing this, World Education Thailand focuses on facilitating teacher trainings that encompass a range of program activities affecting all target populations. Included among these activities are:
- The Master Trainers program
- An annual Training of Trainers
- Bi-annual teacher and school director trainings (in-service trainings)
- Summer vacation trainings implemented by local partner EBCS
- Mobile Teacher Trainers (MTTs) serving both border and remote regions of Myanmar (Burma)
- Pre-service teacher trainings at the Teacher Preparation Center and Karen Teacher Training College
