World Education Thailand partners with local organizations and governments to improve education quality, recognition and results in five provinces and seven refugee camps in Thailand and four states in Myanmar (Burma). Many program beneficiaries now work throughout most regions of Myanmar, further widening the impact of World Education programs. World Education’s activities seek to build the capacity of local organizations so that they can take ownership of programs, have the tools to strengthen education systems and adapt to the changing context of Myanmar.
